ADAM NURU
Chairman
Adam has over three decades of professional experience in financial services covering Corporate Finance, Consumer Banking, Institutional Banking Treasury, Commercial/SME Banking and Human Capital Management. He has Served on the board of several Financial Institutions which include First City Monument Bank Limited, where he retired as the Managing Director in 2021, Nigeria Interbank Settlement System (NIBSS) as non-Executive Director, and Chairman of Arab Gambia Islamic Bank.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University in 1988 with a specialization in Finance. He is a Fellow of The Nigerian Institute of Management (FNIM), Fellow of The Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria (FICA) and Honorary Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (FCIB), in recognition of his contribution to the banking industry in the multi-sector areas of consumer lending, digital transformation, public sector banking, leadership mentorship, payments, collections and settlement services.
Adam has attended several executive management and leadership courses at leading institutions, which include Harvard Business School and INSEAD. Over his three decades in the financial services sector, Adam has supervised and participated in several revenue enhancement initiatives and projects, at national, sub national levels and in the private sector, all of which have contributed to sustainable growth in the country. He is a firm believer in the National Financial Inclusion Strategy and a strong advocate for using technology to drive transformation and innovation.
He also has interests in the Manufacturing, Agriculture, Marine Services and Financial Technology (FINTECH) sectors, where he continues to use his wealth of experience and leadership acumen to create employment opportunities to grow the economy.
He is a member of the Bridge Club, a not-for-profit organization comprised of accomplished professionals from the public and private sectors who are collectively committed to promoting economic growth and development in the country. He also participates in youth empowerment, mentoring, and leadership grooming.
Adam is happily married with children, widely travelled, loves fishing, farming and engages in volunteer work during his spare time.
Oluwakayode Adigun
Chief Executive Officer
Oluwakayode has substantial experience in managing and driving cross-functional teams of Service, Operations and Technology, as well as the development, implementation and support of Digital-based solutions for top flight financial institutions and their clients.
An ACXS (Accredited Customer Experience Specialist), he is a postgraduate Alumnus of Cranfield University, U.K.; of the Lagos Business School and with an M.BA. from the ESUT Business school, Lagos with bias in Banking and Finance. He is also a Queens Business School, Canada Strategic Leader and a Fellow of the chartered institute of loan and risk management.
During his career, he worked in different areas in banking, giving him the opportunity to conceptualize and manage first class initiatives like the first Central Processing and Shared Services Center in Nigeria. He also successfully concluded Sub-Saharan Africa assignments in Kenya and South Africa.
Biodun Adegoke
Chief Operating Officer
Biodun Adegoke is a High-Growth Entrepreneur, Venture Capitalist, Tech-Expert and Philanthropist. Graduate of Banking & Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University and holds an MBA from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State. ‘Biodun experience covers Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, Financial Technology & Innovation, Strategy and Business Advisory.
He has worked with banks such as Citibank Nigeria, First City Monument Bank Limited (FCMB) and Fidelity Bank where he held various positions and pioneered diverse payment solutions for the banks. He was also the Director, Key Accounts and Enterprise Payment Partnership with Opay Digital Services, a FINTECH Company actively involved in driving Financial Inclusion in Nigeria. Biodun Chair’s the Advisory Board of Biodun and Ibikunle Foundation, a foundation setup to support and expand the entrepreneurial base in Nigeria. He is on the Board of Directors and Advisory Board of some FinTech Companies in Nigeria and Ghana.

Olubukola Osilaja
Non-Executive Director
Olubusola brings 20 years of experience in the Financial services industry and her expertise covers the following areas:
Managing electronic channels
Digital and mobile payments
Strategic marketing and communications
Risk management
Treasury
As head of Channels, payments & digital financial Services for Access Bank PLC, Olubusola was responsible for customer growth and adoption strategies on all payments and digital channels.
Access Bank is one of the largest banks in Africa by customer base with operations in Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, Gambia, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Zambia and the United Kingdom.
Olubusola is a chartered banker (ACIB, MCIBS) with MBA’s from Warwick Business School and Bangor University respectively and an MSc in Marketing & Corporate Communications from IE School of Human Sciences and Technology(HST).
Saheed Alamutu
Independent Non-Executive Director
Saheed is a thoroughbred governance, risk and compliance (GRC) professional with over two decades of extensive financial services experience. He has served several employers and clients in areas such as banking operations, treasury, sales and marketing, cyber and information security, risk management and corporate finance. He brings onboard uncommon strategic insight, experience and excellence in the establishment and management of enterprise risk, to optimise opportunities in pursuit of the strategic objectives of the organisation.
He is a pioneer Chief Risk Officer in one of the Nigerian commercial banks which leverages on technology to deliver financial solutions to its teeming customers. Prior to now, he has been responsible for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) in one of the leading commercial banks where he was accountable for ERM and Basel II & III implementation and management. He also had oversight for Market & Liquidity Risk, Business & Operational Risk (including Business Continuity), Credit Risk and Risk Policy functions across different organisations. Furthermore, he was a pioneer Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with responsibility for the implementation and management of the Cyber and Information Security program and operations in one of the Commercial Banks.
He holds a Bachelors degree (Industrial Chemistry) from University of Ibadan and a Masters degree (Financial Services, Risk & Operation) from Glasgow Caledonian University in UK.
Saheed is certified by several professional institutions across Africa, Europe and the Americas. He is a Chartered Banker (Nigeria & Scotland), a member of Chartered Securities and Investment (MCSI) in UK, professional member of the Institute of Operational Risk (PIOR) in UK and a Certified Information Security Manager, CISM (ISACA). He has attended several local and international trainings and conferences.
He plays table tennis and renders voluntary services to non-profit organisations which are of interest to him.
